Great app! ★★★★★
Excellent app. Once I saw how many calories I was consuming and how often - and for what? Hangovers.... my drinking started decreasing thanks to the data against my fitness tracker data.
DrinkControl 4.12, May 19, 2018 (US App Store)
Awesome app ★★★★★
Over four year usage, it definitely helped me to rethink my drinking.
DrinkControl 4.10, Oct 25, 2017 (US App Store)
Good App ★★★★★
Does good job of keeping me accountable and within normal drinking limits.
DrinkControl 4.10, Jun 8, 2017 (US App Store)
One month in ★★★★★
The app is super helpful! Highly recommend especially if you have a partner or friend using it too! Controlling alcohol consumption is great but also good to pair with caloric intake! Cheers!! (Or not??) <3
DrinkControl 4.10, May 14, 2017 (Canada App Store)
Great App ★★★★★
The genius of this app it that it does what it says it will do: track alcohol consumption,
calories consumed and the money per drink that you spend. It also lets you know when you have consumed moderate
or beyond moderate 😏 amounts of alcohol and sort by day, week, and month.
DrinkControl 4.9, Feb 18, 2016 (US App Store)
I'm getting on track ★★★★★
I have found the non preachy, factual approach very helpful in keeping me accountable for my drinking choices.
I have significantly cut back since being able to see my drinking patterns on a weekly and monthly basis.
I enjoy the educational articles as well. Thank you for your sensible approach to an often emotionally charged topic.
DrinkControl 4.9, Sep 14, 2016 (Canada App Store)
Great app to monitor drinking ★★★★★
Have found this app to be very useful in logging my drinking and realising how easy it is to go beyond maximum recommended units.
Very easy to use and export data. Graphical representation of units and spend on a calendar basis.
Can be shocking! Recommend to anyone who wants easy way to log their drinking for monitoring.
DrinkControl 4.9, Jul 25, 2016 (UK App Store)
I got into the habit of using this app as I was intrigued how much I drank and how it rated in the health scale.
I'm not a heavy drinker, but even I was surprised how easy it was to wind up over the recommended monthly limit,
simply by drinking a few pints on a weekend night out and the occasional couple for mid week football.
Once you see it all quantified in terms of calories and money and observe the peaks and troughs of the annual graph,
you feel the desire to live a more healthy life whilst understanding what moderation means for when you do fancy a trip to the pub.
DrinkControl 4.9, Apr 30, 2016 (UK App Store)
Great app ★★★★★
Works well. Very simple and intuitive. I'm a data person and I like the stats and visual tracking of the app. Helps me realize what I drink over time.
DrinkControl 4.9, Nov 28, 2016 (US App Store)
Kann ich nur empfehlen. Interessante Informationen Über das eigene trinkverhalten.
DrinkControl 4.8, Jan 39, 2016 (Germany App Store)
Exactly as described ★★★★★
This app is very easy to use and delivers results in a clean,
simple to understand interface. I've been using for over a year now and it's
really interesting to look back at the graphical results. The results are also
exportable to Excel (csv file).
DrinkControl 4.5.1, Apr 18, 2015 (US App Store)
Best App ★★★★★
This is a wonderful app. It has made a huge difference in my reduction of drinking. It is very motivating to keep track and watch your progress. It's a winner!!!!
DrinkControl 4.0, Feb 4, 2014 (US App Store)
You may be surprised ★★★★★
Great app for tracking and analyzing what you're drinking. (You may be surprised at how much!) Good graphs, a money tracker, and gentle warnings when you're going a little big. Try it! Either get a handle on it or give it up all together.
DrinkControl 3.0, May 8, 2013 (US App Store)
Una App útil ★★★★★
Ayuda importante para tomar conciencia de nuestros hábitos sociales y valorar la cantidad de alcohol consumido . Favorece un consumo responsable.

Self recording=self honesty! ★★★★★
Really like the app. It’s simple, it gives me as much nuance as I need on volume/potency. Keeping a record of my drinking really became a catalyst for happily cutting down on consumption (in much the same way that seeing a workout heartrate app increased my caloric output...the competitive drive kicks in). Would like to have a baseline option...like a pre-use questionnaire of drinking volume/frequency. That might increase the drive to keep improving, to keep beating my previous numbers.
DrinkControl 4.11, Dec 27, 2017 (New Zealand App Store)
Keeps me honest! ★★★★★
Sometimes it's abit of a shock when you write down all the misdeeds...... But it's a wake up call that I need to keep me honest.
DrinkControl 4.10, May 29, 2017 (New Zealand App Store)
Great App - use it lots ★★★★★
Really simple way of tracking intake - guaranteed. Super simple and very informative.
DrinkControl 4.10, Mar 9, 2017 (US App Store)
Great coaching app! ★★★★★
I used the free version for a while then ponied up for some more features. Definitely helpful app for keeping you
aware and honest about your drinking habits and what's normal. After months (years?) of unhealthy drinking this app
has helped wean me to a much healthier level--grateful to the team for the long-term health benefits--mind, body, and soul!
DrinkControl 4.9, Feb 11, 2016 (USA App Store)
Has really helped! ★★★★★
This app has some nice visuals that really motivate you to skip a day here and there.
And when I do drink, it feels earned. If it keeps you from buying just one drink in a bar or
restaurant, it's already paid for it's reasonable $5 cost.
DrinkControl 4.9, Oct 31, 2016 (US App Store)
Perfect, simple to use, effective motivator to track and reduce your drinking ★★★★★
I found this app after a new article ran about dangerous drinking consumption in the UK. It's the perfect twin to
the Change4Life drinks tracker that is only available to UK users. In fact, this app is better in terms of it's
ability to customize. It can be used for both UK and US imbibers, changing between abv (alcohol by volume) and
abw (alcohol by weight). Cost of your drinking + alcohol levels in your weekly habit (and how close you are to
meeting or exceeding) the weekly allowance helps to motivate you to drink less, which is important, because
there is no cure for liver damage or cirrhosis. Great app!
DrinkControl 4.9, May 21, 2015 (US App Store)
I'll drink to that ★★★★★
Good, practical App. Blue for good, red for bad, purple for, you know, watch out. Easy to use,
keeps you aware of how much you are drinking. Blame the guidelines for how little we can drink these days.
Why I remember when...
DrinkControl 4.9, Apr 8, 2016 (Australia App Store)
The truth is always better ★★★★★
I belong to a group that teaches moderation of alcohol. This is a great reference guide to know where you fall in the quantity of drinks consumed. Great resource.
DrinkControl 4.9, Nov 29, 2016 (US App Store)
Great app, recommended ★★★★★
Best app for alcohol consumption and related expenses tracking.
I should probably cut off and buy some nice things instead :)
DrinkControl 4.8, Feb 9, 2016 (US App Store)
Good for tracking intake ★★★★★
I like having the ability to enter a drink after the fact using the calendar function.
That helps me be much more accurate than with other apps that assume you are always entering drinks
DrinkControl 4.7, Oct 10, 2015 (US App Store)
User friendly, helpful, and a rarity for me to use an app so consistently. Altogether excellent .. I'm not a heavy drinker, but that's also what heavy drinkers say ! FIVE STARS !!
DrinkControl 1.2, Oct 2, 2012 (UK App Store)
The best of it's kind ★★★★★
If you want an app to track your drinking, this is the best offered.
It's easy to use, graphically pleasing/clean, tracks your intake and how much you spend, etc.
I kind of wish the alcohol percentages could be given in decimals, or that when I bought alcohol
in large quantities I could record it easily. (I can track how much I spend on an individual drink,
but since I buy most of my alcohol in bulk or in bottles and drink it at home among friends,
it's not all that useful. But it's a good feature anyway.) But nothing's perfect.
Don't waste your money on a different app.
